 | Prof. Rangsan Saengsook , Rector of RU, revealed that the University would open 2 new campuses in Pang-gna and Chaipom provinces. These campuses will provide education at the undergraduate and graduate level.
“ The University has continuously enhanced the educational opportunities to the people in rural areas since 1995. The University will provide the Doctorate degree at various campuses from the academic year 2004 additional from the main campus.” He said

 | Prof. Rangsan Saengsook, Rector, announced that the University is preparing to provide the modern learning system to students who reside in the rural area of the country and ones who gain access to the internet. That system is called “real time teaching “.
Students at home can attend Lectures real time as same as the students who attend the lecture in classroom at the Huamark and Bangna campus. The system is under testing for high reliability and hope to begin servicing at the beginning of 2nd semester this year .
