Registration Process

(Applies for each semester).

Candidates who are accepted by the institute must proceed all registration procedures by themselves.
On registration day (according to the Application Schedule), all candidates must prepare to submit all certified original copies of the following documents:

1.

Copies of Identification Card (or passport) 2 sets

2.

Copies of Residence Registration (residents only) 2 sets

3.

Copies of Transcripts 2 sets
4
Copies of Graduation Certificate 2 sets

5.

Original of Medical Certificate 1 set

6.

Education Equivalence Certificate from Ministry of Education (Contact IIS-Office) 1 set

7.

Applicable Work Experience Letter (if applicable) 1 set

8.

Registration Fee Payment
Since the number of credits depends on the courses you register for, please ask in the IIS-RU office for the correct amount first.
Cashier Cheque (Account Payee Only) payable to ‘Ramkhamhaeng University’ for the respective amount. Alternatively, you can make your payment by transfer to account           156-1-07025-9 at Thai Military Bank, Ramkhamhaeng University Branch (for Registration Fee only, not for Application Fee!)           SWIFT CODE : TMBKTHBK (In case of International Fund Transfer)
Please note : We recommend not to use ATM transfer as we experienced several problems. Your registration will only be successful after the payment reached Ramkhamhaeng University. A delay by ATM transfer might endanger your successful registration!

Remark : The documents required above will not be necessary if they already have been submitted to the Institute of International Studies – that means at least for any further semester after the first one.
